20 BEES
GROWERS' RED
In a little shop in the Niagara Peninsula, a group of the region’s finest grape growers gathered to make plans for their own winery.

Their goal was simple: To nurture their vines, harvest their grapes, and produce great-tasting, unpretentious wines at an unpretentious price. 20 Bees is the fruit of their labour. A wonderful wine created from the soil to the glass by 19 growers and 1 chief winemaker:

20 Bees!

RECOMMENDATION: This wine is a perfect complement to every picnic, family gathering and camp site.

TASTING NOTE: : This deep, opaque wine has heavenly aromatics of chocolate, coffee, strawberries and cherries. Following through onto the palate is wonderful red fruit characters intermingled with mocha and subtle spices of nutmeg and allspice. The finish is light, easy and full of berry character.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS: This wine was fermented and aged in Stainless steel tanks to preserve the fine fruit qualities of all components of the blend. The wine underwent malo lactic fermentation to increase complexity and round out the fruit flavours. Almost every "Bee" contributed to this unique blend.
