TASTING NOTES:  FRENCH ROOTS Red Bordeaux is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The flavours of each grape variety remain distinguishable, which gives this wine a good complexity. A beautiful ruby colour, this well-structured wine is marked by its expressive fruitiness completed with vanilla notes. It presents a good length in the mouth and offers a delicate balance between fruity and woody flavours.

RECOMMENDATIONS: The ideal wine for a cut of grilled beef.
