Tasting Notes: Pale straw with green hues, the Winemakers Notes: Fruit for this wine was sourced predominantly from the Riverland area, and was picked in the cool of the night in order to retain freshness of flavour. After this fruit was crushed it was transferred to stainless steel tanks were it underwent a temperature controlled fermentation. A small portion has been exposed to oak, adding another dimension to this wine.

Tasting Notes: Medium to deep red with purple hues, the Knife & Fork Cabernet Sauvignon displays dominant fruit aromas of black cherry and plum with softer tones of cranberry and currant. Hints of cinnamon and oak aromas are also present in the background of this fruit driven nose. A good intensity of ripe plum, black cherry fruit and toasty oak flavours characterize the palate, balanced by the wines acidity and good flavour persistence. This wine marries superbly with pasta dishes and BBQ foods.
