ST. TROPEZ CARTE NOIRE ROSÉ
Seven owners and winegrowers from
several generations, went into partnership in 1964 to create the "Maîtres
Vignerons de la presqu’île de Saint-Tropez", in order to share the bottling
and marketing of their wine.
However, each domaine retains its independence
and its personality for growing its wines and vinifying the harvest in its
winery, with the collaboration of the Maîtres Vignerons oenologist. |

TASTING
NOTES:
You don't have to be sitting on a terrace over-looking the
Mediterranean to be enjoying this ripe and crisp, flavourful Provence rosé.
Heck, it doesn't even have to be hot outside, because, contrary to myth,
rosés are for more than sippin' during the summer. It is a great year-round
meal starter or an excellent match for veal tenderloin, grilled white fish
or herbed chicken. Besides, we also all need a little colour this time of
year and this pretty pink wine does just that.
