WOODBRIDGE BY ROBERT MONDAVI WHITE
ZINFANDEL
In 1979, the Robert Mondavi
family acquired the Cherokee Wine Association, established by Lodi grape
growers as a cooperative for producing wine in the 1930's. Renovated and
renamed Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi, the winery has become a leader in the
popular premium wine category.
California and Lodi appellation
Woodbridge wines are made using many of the gentle handling and natural
winegrowing methods employed at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley.
The grapes are selectively chosen from among California's top growing areas,
including the Lodi/Delta region surrounding the winery, and the North and
Central Coasts.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Served chilled, the crisp,
fruity flavours taste great with a ham and mushroom quiche and a salad of
baby greens. Try it with Mexican and Asian-inspired foods, such as
spring rolls, teriyaki chicken on skewers, Chinese chicken salad, fish tacos
with mango salsa and chicken flautas.
WINEMAKERS
COMMENTS: Woodbridge White Zinfandel has delicate, refreshing fruit, floral and spice
aromas and lightly sweet flavours. The pretty pastel colour and array
of strawberry, ripe apple and watermelon flavours come from gently pressed
red Zinfandel grapes. Enjoy with appetizers on a warm summer evening, on a
picnic, or with lunch on the deck.
