RECOMMENDATION: The perfect wine for barbecues, steak, and roast beef or lamb.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS: The vineyards of South Australia’s Riverland region produce rich, full flavoured berries, and the fruit for this wine is no exception. Careful handling of the fruit and wine at all stages of production ensures that strong varietal expression is retained.

TASTING NOTES: Bright purple in colour with garnet hues, this voluptuous wine has dominant fruit aromas of blackcurrant, plum, blueberry and spice. A medium bodied palate exhibits ripe, juicy fruit flavours, soft tannins and is balanced by some acidity, leaving a lingering finish.
