RECOMMENDATION: This medium-bodied red wine goes well with mild cheeses, salads, light meat and pasta dishes.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: A unique warm and medium-bodied wine which combines the individual qualities of two premium red varietals.  This fruit-driven wine encompasses both balance and complexity which is given further character by its beautiful pepper and sweet tannin flavours.

WINE SPECTATOR: "Here’s a great deal on Australia’s favourite red variety.  This very good version is nicely spicy with ripe, round raspberry notes and an herbal twist on the finish."
