RECOMMENDATION: A very versatile Chardonnay.  Try it as an apéritif or with chicken, veal and creamy pasta dishes.
WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: Attention to detail had been of paramount importance throughout this Chardonnay’s production.  The fruit for this wine was selected from premium sites held by growers who emphasize healthy grape production from low-yielding vines.  In the winery, techniques were employed to maximise complexity, yet retain fruit flavour and freshness.  Maturation in oak and generous lees contact added character and creaminess.  A wine truly reflecting the premium quality that can be achieved when rich Riverland fruit is combined with diligent and expert winemaking.

WINE SPECTATOR: "Light and citrusy, in an almost Sauvignon Blanc-like style, this young Chardonnay is crisply balanced and fragrant. A nice package at a painless price.85 Points!
