RECOMMENDATION: This wine is ideal when paired with warm chicken salad and salmon steaks.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS: Parcels of fruit were harvested at night in order to retain maximum varietal freshness and character.  After crushing, the must was moved to small stainless steel temperature controlled tanks, where it was inoculated with selected cultured yeasts.  An absence of oak has allowed the fresh varietal flavours of the Chardonnay grape variety to dominate.

TASTING NOTES: Pale straw with green hues, this wine shows fresh and clean aromas with tropical and citrus fruit flavours apparent.  A mouth filling palate reveals peach and citrus characters, and a lingering soft acid finish acts to add balance to this wine.  A clean, crisp wine showing the typical Chardonnay varietal flavours, without the influence of oak.
