WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: This Nottage Hill red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz – world famous as Australia’s classic red blend. Premium parcels of wine that have both soft fruit flavours and firm structure from fruit tannins are selected from a range of winegrowing regions in South Eastern Australia. The wine is matured in oak for 12 months before being blended and bottled. The resultant wine is fruit driven, firm in structure, rich in style and full of flavour.

WINE ENTHUSIAST: 86 POINTS & BEST BUY! "Aromas of blackcurrant and plum integrated with chocolate, mint and cinnamon. Soft fruit tannins on the palate are complemented by rich berry fruit flavours." (Buying Guide, November 15, 2004)
