RECOMMENDATION: Great with antipasto and salads, grilled herbed chicken and fish.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh grassy, gooseberry and tropical fruit characters abound on the nose, with a touch of perfumed floral aromas. These characters follow through onto the palate, balanced by a crisp acidity, with a soft dry finish.
WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: The fruit for this wine was predominantly sourced from the McLaren Vale in South Australia, providing much of the mature fruit flavours and palate weight. The balance of the fruit came from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia and the Yarra Valley in Victoria. These regions add a complementary elegance and perfumed fruit characters to the wine. Vineyard selection, tank pressing and cool fermentation have maximised the varietal fruit characters.
